At Renewed Image, Our Community Housing & Outpatient Treatment (CH & OT) program provides a structured, supportive living environment combined with evidence-based outpatient services for individuals recovering from Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Designed for individuals who require stable housing and ongoing therapeutic support, this program bridges the gap between inpatient care and independent living promoting long-term recovery, stability, and reintegration into the community.
